Account Deletion / Data Deletion

Request account or data deletion from inside the app (account settings), via the website, or by emailing us. We verify your identity before acting on a deletion request, so account access under threat cannot be used to delete someone else’s data.

Deleted: your profile information and learning history tied to your personal account.

Retained where legally required: financial records (for tax/audit purposes), and records needed for security or dispute resolution, kept only as long as the law requires and then removed.

We process deletion requests and confirm completion within a reasonable timeframe of identity verification. Deletion is irreversible — it ends access immediately and, for an active subscription, the remaining term is forfeited unless a refund is separately due under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For institutional (tenant-owned) student records, the institute controls that data; a student’s personal account can be deleted, but records the institute is required to retain (e.g. for its own compliance) remain with the institute.
