The rules for using VriseEdu.

Accounts

By creating or using a VriseEdu account you agree to these terms. Accounts for students below the eligibility age are created and managed through a parent, guardian, or the enrolling institute.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal to one user and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for its intended purpose: learning, teaching, and institute administration.

Do not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or tenants, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data at scale, or attempt to circumvent security controls. Violations can result in suspension or termination.

Courses, live classes, and subscriptions

Course availability and access periods are set by the enrolling institute; content is created by that institute’s teachers, who are responsible for its accuracy.

Live classes depend on Google Meet’s availability. Scheduling, join links, and attendance tracking are managed inside VriseEdu, but the class session itself runs on Google’s infrastructure.

Payments are processed through Cashfree; prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew on the billing cycle you select; you can change or cancel a plan from your account, effective as described in the Subscription & Payment Policy.

AI features

AI-generated content and recommendations are provided for guidance only, without a guarantee of accuracy. They should not be relied on for high-stakes decisions without human (teacher) review.

Content ownership

Institutes and users retain ownership of the material they upload. By uploading, you grant VriseTech a license to host and deliver that content to the users authorized to see it — we do not claim ownership of it.

The VriseEdu platform, its interface, and its underlying software are the property of VriseTech.

Liability and governing law

VriseEdu is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for outages, third-party (Google Meet/Cashfree) failures, or inaccuracies in AI output or institute-uploaded content, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction stated in the Contact & Support page.
